Wiki PRO is freemium software: core features are free forever, and paid features are available via subscription.

You can use the basic features of Wiki PRO freely, without registering or purchasing a subscription — what counts as a basic feature may change over time.

Free use does not include free support. If you need direct, guaranteed support from us, support incidents can be purchased separately starting from €100/incident; see our support policy for details on our support offerings.

To use Wiki PRO’s premium features, you need a subscription. Two licensing models are available:

• Selected Wikis license — you pay by the number of Azure DevOps wikis using the advanced features. This lets you pay only for the wikis that need them: once purchased, licenses can be assigned and re-assigned to different wikis at any time, and you can scale the number of licensed wikis up or down whenever you like. An organization can purchase multiple subscriptions, each managed, invoiced, and paid individually. Included email support is limited to 1 ticket per purchased wiki per quarter.
• Organization license — a fixed fee per Azure DevOps organization, based on organization size, that covers advanced-feature use and support across the whole organization. Pricing is based on the number of paid users in Azure DevOps; we can give a rough estimate during purchase, but you should validate the numbers before buying. This tier includes full email support with no limit on the number of tickets.

Volume & enterprise purchasing

By default, subscriptions are purchased online through our self-service flow inside the extension.

For purchases above €1,000, we offer additional options:

PO / Invoicing / Bank transfer

Enterprise license

For organizations that need our involvement in their procurement process — purchase orders, supplier registration, custom billing, and similar — we offer an Enterprise license to cover the cost of supporting your purchasing process. Pricing is time-and-material based, starting from €1,950.

Purchasing through a reseller

We work with third-party licensing partners including SoftwareOne, SHI, QBS, ABDistribution, Insights, Ebusiness-design, and many others. We are also open to working with your preferred partner.

To purchase through a reseller, contact your reseller representative and ask them to fulfill a Wiki PRO subscription from MSkold AB.
